This cozy spot offers a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The food is fresh and well-prepared, with mild flavors that are easy to enjoy. Prices are reasonable — not the cheapest, but definitely fair for the quality.

Sailom Bangpu is a seaside restaurant located along the Bangpu coastline, offering a peaceful atmosphere and a nice view of the sea. It’s a good place for families, couples, or groups of friends who want to enjoy a meal by the ocean. The restaurant serves a variety of Thai dishes, especially fresh seafood. The flavors are decent, though not exceptional, and the prices are relatively reasonable for a beachfront location. Some dishes stand out more than others, depending on your taste, but overall, the food is satisfying. The service is friendly, although it can be a bit slow during busy hours or weekends. The open-air seating gives diners a pleasant experience, especially in the late afternoon when the weather is cooler and you can watch the sunset. Parking is available, but it may get crowded during peak times. It’s best to visit on a weekday if you want a quieter experience. Overall, Sailom Bangpu is a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal with a sea view. While not overly fancy or luxurious, it offers a simple charm that many locals and tourists appreciate.

I went here at the end of a day sightseeing in the area and it was a definite highlight. We got here a bit after 7pm so missed the sunset but also missed the crowd that had mostly disappeared by 8. From what is in other photos we went quite conservative in what we ordered but it was all very good. I'm not sure I would venture out from Bangkok but if you're visiting the Ancient City which is very close by stopping in at Sailom Bang Pu is a must.

This place is craft market, art workshop, cafe and restaurant in one. This place also has the BEST crowd management I have ever seen of any service location ever. They manage the queue system in the most ideal way; It is impressive. The service is also amazing. Every staff has a job and they do it well. The food on the other hand...kind of a let down. Nothing wrong with them, the ingredients are fresh and look delicious, but the taste is subpar. Hygiene is another reason for the deduction. Some old glass was left at the table with muggy liquid. The glass I got was not cleaned well either (red stained? Maybe chili?).

I visited this restaurant at sunset, and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing. The place has a charming design, with an upper-level seating area that adds to its appeal. One unique feature is the robot waiter, which adds a fun touch to the dining experience. However, I suspect the food is pre-cooked since it wasn’t served very hot and arrived quickly after I placed my order. The crab fried rice was a bit firm and lacked strong flavor, but the tamarind-flavored soup with vegetables was my favorite—rich, tangy, and delicious. The fried fish with garlic and chili was also quite tasty. For a regular restaurant, the prices are a bit on the higher side, but given the great location, it feels reasonable. Overall, I’d recommend visiting at least once to enjoy the ambiance and experience!

Sailom Bang Pu is a hidden gem for anyone looking for a relaxing atmosphere right by the sea. The location is stunning, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of Bangkok while enjoying a beautiful ocean view. The ambiance is laid-back and inviting, blending modern design with a natural setting. One of the highlights is definitely the breathtaking sunset, which makes the experience even more special. The food is fresh and full of authentic flavors. The seafood, in particular, is outstanding – perfectly cooked and incredibly tasty. The drink menu offers a great selection, from refreshing cocktails to classic soft drinks. I originally wanted to try their famous banana crepe, but unfortunately, it was already sold out, so make sure to arrive early if you don’t want to miss it! The service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. You feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout your visit. Overall, if you’re looking for a peaceful seaside escape with great food and a fantastic atmosphere, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
